Al-Imaam Qurtubi (rohimahullaah), in his explanation of the verse in surah al-an`aam (Q chapter 6 v 59) “ وَعِندَهُۥ مَفَاتِحُ ٱلْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَآ إِلَّا هُوَۚ... ” , cited an hadiith reported by al-Bukhoriy. The verse is translated thus: “And with Him are the keys of the unseen; none knows them except Him...".

The hadiith discloses five the five aspects which constitute the “keys of the unseen (miftaahul-ghayb)". They are as follows:
1. What the wombs lose;
2. What tomorrow unfolds;
3. When it will rain;
4. Place of death and,
5. The occurrence of the 'hour'.

All the above highlighted five, no one knows when they will happen or destined to happen — from among the past, the present & subsequent generation — except the Creator (Allah) of all created creatures in his supreme capacity. Thus, it’s imperative to stick to the Islamic faith and guard against falling into disbelief.
